Our manufacturing facility at the outskirts of Brasov Romania is a 5,000 sq.m. facility with machinery specially designed for exhaust production. We use mainly coated aluminized sheet that conforms to DX54D AS 165, meaning an aluminium coating of 165 grams per square meter, or 25μ in thickness. We use the best roving e-glass in the market for better noise absorbance and less back pressure effects. For high performance exhausts it is doing a wonderful job in delivering the maximum performance, in other words the maximum power your engine can deliver. The plant has pipe cutting machines, coil Cutting line, bodymaking with flanger, stuffing machines, pipe perforating, CNC mandrel pipe benders, pipe end forming, a pressing department with 6 mechanical and 2 hydraulic presses and 15 welders are forming the soul and the hardcore of our business. Appart from that we have a sandplasting and a painting department for products that are tailored to specific customer needs.
All pieces, from 3 to 10 mm flanges, round hungers of 8-10-12mm, flat hungers of 3mm to 8 mm, buffers, pipe perforating, body seaming, rolling, all buffer and outer cups making are in house processes. Special exhausts that are tailored for certain clients are sand blasted and painted with silicon based paint that can last years without tearing due to it's property to expand as the temperature rises.
Our Jigs and Fixtures (SDV's in Romanian) are produced in house with the valuable assistance of our machining shop. These Jigs and fixtures are ensuring the quality of our exhausts during the manufacturing process.
Product Homologation is done according to United Nations Regulation No. 59- Uniform provisions concerning the approval of replacement silencing systems.
